Simple Security: Professionally Mounted Ring Cameras
About ten years ago, we started getting regular requests to mount and set up security cameras for homes and businesses. Back then, most systems were wired. They needed network cable run through walls and attics, which made even a small system expensive.
Wireless cameras changed the cost
Wireless and battery cameras such as Ring now give homeowners and small businesses solid coverage for a fraction of the cost of a traditional wired system with a recorder. You can view them from your phone, get alerts, and add cameras later as needed.
Why have them professionally mounted
- Placement: we position cameras to cover entries, driveways, and blind spots without pointing at the neighbors.
- Secure mounting: brackets set into solid framing or masonry, at a height that resists tampering.
- Power and signal: we check Wi-Fi strength at each location before mounting and recommend solar panels or wired power where they make sense.
- Setup: cameras connected to the app, with motion zones set and tested before we leave.
When a wired system is the better choice
Larger commercial properties, or sites that need continuous recording, can still be better served by a wired system. In those cases we work with licensed low-voltage partners to design and install it.
